    Day 33
    What a productive day today. But what really sucks is this evening, because I am so stupid. I mean I have this one "friend" who cries like a flannel and wants to do something with me, and then if it is time, he does not answer me or just let me wait because " I dont know what is happening in his life" etc. Today was it again. Why did I waited for him? I knew that he will not come. I need to be more thougher to those thinks, hope the NoFap Lifestyle will help me.
    I know this post has nothing to do with porn but I needed to write it down

    Unfortunately, I'm struggling with strong urges right now. Fortunately, I don't feel the strong pull of PMO, though!!!!! The desire for PMO and urges are separating! However, they aren't completely separated yet, so I still have work to do!
