bro, social media and late night sittings it´s a good recipe for disaster. don´t mix them up. plus, social media depletes dopamine from the brain and will leave you tired and unmotivated afterwards. use it in very small amounts. i only use facebook 1 hour per week. couldn´t feel happier

what you do when no one is looking MATTERS.

In many ways it matters MORE than what you do when in front of other people.

This is because what you do when alone is what you do FOR YOU.

In other words, the way you behave when no one is watching is where you show yourself the kind of man you TRULY are.

So when you violate your morals by violently courtmarshalling your privates while watching p*rn, you're proving to yourself that you are a man who lacks integrity.

Ironically, this probably then has the BIGGEST impact on the way you show up to the world.

How can a man who doesn't respect himself behave in an authentically respectable way?

By wearing a mask and faking it.

Sure, he might pull it off some of the time...

But until he heals his internal contradictions there's no escaping that at the end of the day he's a mere shadow of the man he could be if he conquered himself.

The phrase "skeletons in the closet" refers to people having dark things hidden in their past that they wouldn't want to be known.

The average modern guy creates a new skeleton every time he's alone with with his phone.

He does this by killing his righteous and authentic self and showing up as a pleasure seeking simpleton.

Here's what I recommend:

Strive to live in a way where you would be fine with anyone seeing you at any point in your day.

I made this point before and one particularly smooth-brained backliner said:

"Some things are just private. I wouldn't want people to see me take a dump. And I wouldn't want anyone to see me masturbate. It's normal and healthy that I do both and keep it to myself."

The thing this smalltimer is missing is is that taking a dump says nothing about you other than that you're a human...

(unless you're one of those godless heathens who wipes from back to front - at which point you might be subhuman - but I digress...)

Mangling the mushroom while watching some depraved franken-fetish material that's the result of desensitizing yourself to normal sexuality is an entirely different manner.

This DOES say something about you.

It says that you're someone who allows those sorts of behaviors and values into your life.

And if you're anything like most guys, you probably got hooked into the behavior before you knew what the hell you were getting into.

But even if your usage started innocently, it doesn't excuse the allowance of letting this soul corrupting and mind melting influence to stay in your life unchallenged.

What kind of man do you want to be in public?

To become your best self... focus on improving the kind of man you are in private.

Having your public and private faces aligned is the most true freedom that I've known.

You owe it to yourself to make this your baseline state of being.
