Now i realizes how porn and masturbation affects me. Some positive things came into my mind. Thank God now my mind understands its not healthy and good to me. But some fear in me tells me that i will relapse. I try demonish that thoughts. If i feel the some benefits in 61 days what would be my mind in 90 days of nofap. 61 days completed brothers .
