    brother, understand that nothing good will come out of pmo. it´s a destructive behaviour. if you relapse you´ll be very tempted to keep doing it, in a compulsive way and faster than you imagine. plus the reboot is for life, you have an addiction, therefore a cronic problem.

    Sorry brother I relapsed I was doing good till the evening I am reading for the exams but suddenly a thought invaded into the mind and that's it I came to day 1 i don't why we can't maintain the same seriousness at the start of the streak we forget everything all the struggle to reach till 31 days my third highest streak. In my first streak I was able to maintain seriously until 100 days and later the seriousness and the struggle I fought came decreasing I don't know why??


    But ready for the next and need to be careful
