day 0 - still work on that
10 Days down. No promotion, but happy to be in the double digits club!
Day 54! Take it a day at a time, you all got this. It may feel like it's a physical thing of having an urge, but it is all mental. We were all programmed since when we all started to think like how we are thinking now. It is not okay to look at porn and you don't really need to release. You all go this! You guys help me last a day more every time.
Day 19 today.
And yesterday I hit 90 non-consecutive days clean.
Well I red enough books and I am not interested anymore, maybe someday again idk
I tried and did calishenics for a while, but it wasn`t so much fun for me so I play more guitar right now.
With the uni idk. Maybe I should change my profession in something which actually interests me. God I am so pathetic...
Feeling good and keeping a positive mental attitude!
TITLE - ORC
Last streak - 4
Total PMO - 141
Total hours remaining -120
I relapsed the day was ok but I had a wet dream so I end up watching porn and then relapsing but only once.
Thanks Bro - if P is a vial of cyanide, 'Fishing' is drops of cyanide - it's all poison at the end of the day @fromsheeptowolf
Well done @CrimsnBlade. I've just kicked off the 30 day challenge over on thefreedomfight.org, with the aim of finally destroying the ring in the fires or mount doom. Thanks for the tip. Will post here how it is going also.
I got into a course that I knew in 6 months I wasn't made for. It was a four year degree course. By the end of the second year, I had started preparing for the post graduate course that I wanted to get into. Explore more w.r.t what next? Just living with the assumption that you are doomed will take you nowhere. Look at your expectations from the degree/ job or the most important criteria after you graduate and look out for it. That's the only way out of it. Yes, you will waste some money (hard earned) and time but trust me- today after 6-7 years, I feel happy that I did it
My basic two cents? Stop self deprecating yourself and make yourself strong mentally. Even though you landed in the wrong field, make a run for the better one. You are young, you have time on your side. Run a few side hustles - I did and it helped me in my post grad. Seek out friends and people who make u feel dumb and try and bond with the humble ones. Arrogant ones will give you nothing
A daily yoga practice really helps me to stay on track with everything and it's easily accessible by YouTube. The days I skip yoga I can see how easily it is for me to lose my patience or slip back into old habits (eating junk food, etc). Its great for both physical and mental performance. There are so many different types of Yoga out there try some out and see what you like. Personally I prefer Yin Yoga.
Day 39 completed.
Staying at the Mother-in-law's house this week while she's recovering in hospital from surgery. I've been having some good quality time with the wife as she's also got time off work. It's easy in our busy lives today to forget about our loved ones as we go on with our daily life and work. We really have to make sure that we take time out as often as possible to re-connect with those people we love.
Life can get pretty hard sometimes but PMO is never the right answer.
I have relapsed today. The situation was completely unexpected and even though I didn't slip to my old ways, I will consider it a positive to work harder. Will work now onwards for consistent better control. I am going back to an orc. Day 0.
All the best to everyone. I'll start again.
Day 9 complete.
@jimmyanderson 45 days is nothing to sneeze at, so even with a temporary setback, you've made really good progress already. Now's your chance to do it all again! The buck stops here.
