    One more day mighty Alliance. Finally after 4 days of dreadful backlash, my energy and motivation is starting to rise :). Feeling better today, althought still nervous.

    This week I’ll be sharing three HIGH LEVEL concepts which I’ve never shared outside of 1-on1- coaching.

    If you pay attention to these, it could make ALL the difference in your reboot.

    Today, I’m going to show you how to make sure your First Year of rebooting is painless, frustration-free experience.

    The first concept is:
    Regulation & Maintenance

    When you learn how to properly implement self care and regulate your mindset, your feeling of control over you reboot will improve massively.

    Regulation involves accepting two important facts:

    - You are a man who has lost control of his sexual behavior. This means you CANNOT go through life with the same level of self care that a “regular” man applies to himself.

    - You reboot in a “macro” way by going through the reboot system, but you make progress in a “micro” way by short daily or weekly periods of reflection on your progress. This means that if you are not scheduling time for reviewing your progress, you will literally STOP the rewiring process by default.

    I used to rush through reading old journal entries and filling out my reboot worksheets once or twice a week because I felt it was an obligation and I was wasting time.
    I would also get super stressed out over the books I wanted to read related to my reboot because I only wanted stuff which would make a huge impact on my recovery NOW.

    My reboot was like my life- I wanted to be “productive”.
    If I didn’t get some sort of dopamine hit from accomplishing something immediately, I didn’t feel happy. You can be very productive, but not effective.

    Maintenance involves accepting the reality that you will NEVER arrive at an ideal point in your reboot.
    This means that RIGHT NOW, you think that not watching pornography ever again will solve your sexual behavior problem, when in reality it is a holistic process that will naturally evolve into growth in every area of your life.

    No one rewires their brain in two years with the Porn Reboot System, then says “Yeah, f**k it, I’m doing to live a reckless, carefree life now that I’m in control of my sexual behavior.”

    You will constantly and naturally keep adjusting , growing, adjusting and growing- for the rest of your life.

    That’s good thing. If it terrifies you or sounds like too much work, then our system is not for you.

    As I’ve said in the past- you can’t reboot using our system and remain average.

    How to Regulate & Maintain during your First Year of Rebooting

    1) Review your progress weekly.
    2) Have a morning routine/ recovery time each day
    3) Review each month compiling mistakes made and lessons learned.
    4) Rate your overall happiness for the month
    5) Weekly review of old exercises, journals, etc to make sure you are close to your Reboot Baseline™

    Your “baseline” is the mental and emotional state you need to maintain to NOT slip or relapse. Most men swing WIDELY on both ends as well as up and own on their baseline.

    In the Porn Reboot System, a good accountability partner will be able to tell when you are off your baseline and eventually, you will be able to tell (within minutes) that you are straying from it.

    This makes your reboot PREDICTIVE. When you gain the skill of prediction, control becomes possible.

    When you will have successfully overcome any urges scream out in victory! Congratulate yourself. Literally say to yourself "good job", "that's what I'm talking about", "good sh**", "brilliant", "fantastic ", "good work"...

    Choose whichever suites you. ;)
    Your inner child will be happy, they will more likely be able to overcome the urges. "Go! And fear no darkness!"

  13. Day 7 complete! In the calendar of the Catholic Church, this Sunday is a day specifically devoted to REJOICING! Wherever you're at in your rebooting process, however dark things may seem, my hope is that you can still find some glimmering thread of light to follow, which will become a string and then a rope and then a ladder and then a road leading you on to ultimate freedom and happiness. In less than two weeks, a Savior will be born!

    Urges were mild but present throughout the day. Last night I had a highly sexualized dream about an attractive female friend of mine, and I had to work hard not to give in to fantasizing about that, which I'm sure would have let to a reset. I went on a killer run though, so that was fun.
     
  14. Day 63 done.
    Took a break from using the internet for a little while as I felt I was headed for a relapse. Back on the path again. I may not be as active on here as usual but still like reading all your posts.
