Have a great day brave Fellowship!!! ;). To end the Wardruna trilogy here´s the final song "Healing-Mountain". A song that speaks about climbing a mountain to find physical and spiritual healing. Again, very suitable for us ;). Onward!!!!

"Into weather and wind you fade
Neither sun nor moonshine can reach you
Sink in the sea where no man rows
    Run through the rivers
and roll with the ocean tides

    Healing-mountain stands for eternity
It comforts the sick and the sore
Each and every one who assails that rock
Will find their lifelong ailment cured

    Leave it behind on Healing-Peak
    Where the rivers and streams
    dance northwards and down
That mountain mends all those who climb"

I want to admit that I broken one rule that I visited few porn sites but I didn't watch any porn I simply saw nudes of porn star for few minutes and stopped it. It was different I didn't feel anything while watching it not a single emotion I just got bored and realise that it's useless so I quit it after few minutes. I didn't touch myself while seeing those pics. I won't be doing it again.

Your true friend is the one who tells you the truth ,to make you aware of reality and not the one who tells you sweet lies and ignores the wrongs done.
And if the truth insults or seems rude to somebody then that somebody prefers to stay in the darkness and lies.

For the trouble with concentration you can try yogic Tratak meditation(on the flame of the candle):

Checking with (I think) 16 days down.

I've been kinda bad today with procrastination.

Procrastination leads to looming deadlines. Looming deadlines lead to anxiety. Anxiety leads to a desire to escape anxiety...

    Basically, procrastination leads to masturbation.

    Gotta improve.

One good thing that has happened is I wake up early - around 5:30-6AM. Even though yesterday I slept at 1:30AM, I woke up at 5:45 without an alarm. This is new and a very welcome change. Just one help, I have read many posts about not taking the mobile to bed, but I am not able to do that. Any other tips to keep mobile usage low before sleeping at night? I end up wasting at least half an hour before sleeping on social media.
    Also, Check-in.

  15. @Ciceron Well done, mellon!

@Onan the Barbarian That is a very useful insight. I'd be lying if I said I didn't procrastinate every now and then. If we are stressed, our bodies and minds will try to relieve that stress. If we've spent years conditioning ourselves to relieve stress through PMO...y'all get the picture.

@uGes Sorry to hear about your last reset, man. If you don't mind me saying, it seems that you mostly check in with us only at the beginning of streaks. I encourage you to make a regular habit of posting on NoFap; you can get some great advice about kicking PMO, and if you share your experiences, we'll be able to help you through any specific problems you may be facing. We're meant to be a community!

Day 11 complete for me. Can't wait to discover some dusty gold heirloom my cousin left me and decide to go chuck it in a volcano halfway across the world.

A couple cracks showed up in my defenses today. I posted a few days about how I had had a sexualized dream involving a friend of mine; today, by pure coincidence, that same friend happened to post some rather suggestive pictures on her Snapchat. The mental connections were not good. Snapchat is the only social media I have and usually it's pretty easy to keep a lid on any potentially triggering content, given that I can curate my selection of friends and the people I talk to. I wouldn't say I came close to falling but it's something for me to be aware of.
