Still here, still going. 32 Days down.

 

5 days down. I'm definitely in the right place. I finally got a good night's sleep last night.

 

Checking in, 8 days strong!

 

Day 25 - Check ✓
Nevertheless the whole week was one up-and-down, but today it really hit me! Feel very low at the moment - urges, insomnia, setbacks in my private life, and so on...
I don't know, how much longer I can stand it...

 

Day 4 pretty easy so far!

 

I relapsed...
A lot of shit have been going on, combined with the insomnia it drained me a lot. I pushed it to 25 days and 20 hours (my longest streak so far), but relapsed out of pure boredom.
Nevertheless, I get back on track! => Day Zero

 

25 days is nothing to scoff at atall, well done on a new longest streak! Boredom is a poor reason to relapse though, although it's one that's deceptively strong. Try and get some more hobbies, find some new interests or join some clubs. The best part about this is that the more interests you have or the more clubs you go to, the more people you can (former) or are (latter) connect with and the less "boring" you yourself are. Thinking back to when I PMO'd multiple times a day, I was the most boring person I knew by far. My interests were porn and video games, that's all. I didn't even listen to music, that's how numb porn made me.

Even if you can't think of anything you're interested in, just reach out and try whatever until something clicks. Way easier said than done, I know, but it's worth it.

I'm still here by the way, haven't given in.

 

Day 0

 

I'm proud, that I made it to 25 days. I won't give up. Normally I spend a lot of time doing sport, training or walking my dogs or just reading and being outside. But today nothing worked, mostly because I was to "down" and was craving the high of PMO.

Thanks for the advice! I'm currently very interested in martial arts, but i don't know which kind of.

 

Six days down. I've struggled some the last day but have not given in.

 

Still here, still good, generally speaking on top of things, but I know all too well urges can still sometimes come out of absolutely nowhere with no apparent reason so I'm not letting my guard down.

 

Day 5

 

Day 6, didnt use nofap forums yesterday because I was a bit busy and also had a party. So I am now checking in for day 5 and 6.

 

Back to orcdom. Stay strong and you will get better looking.
