good luck i didn´t log off from today. bro, those kind of thoughts are pretty normal for addicts. you have to consistely develop new beliefs for those thoughts. write down the usual pmo thoughts (beliefs). then write all the real answers to it. read the beliefs and the answers every day to keep your mindset optimal.

as for those 2 beliefs, here´s the answer:

    - "it keeps saying me that one relapse dont break the process"
    - no, it doesn´t. but you´ll have to reset the counter to day 0, back being an Orc, and you can be stuck in this loop forever. 1, 2 days.... 0. 1, 2 days... 0.

    - "porn is not that bad"
    - porn causes low self-esteem, destroys your self-confident. porn causes depression symphoms and anxiety. porn makes you see people as objets. porn destroys your motivation for other things. porn makes you sex obsessed, a pervert.

Porn is poison. Keep going brother!!!!

Ok, i relapsed, overcalculated myself, turned my defense systems down so it was easy for porn to get into my brain again. I really want to stop, if someone got some usefull tipps, i would really appreciate that.

Day 32, NoFap is not a temporary thing, it is a lifestyle change that will last the rest of your life

  13. Day 9! Feeling great. I'm starting to integrate a healthy lifestyle. I know this feeling isn't forever, though. One day - maybe sooner, maybe later - something's going to happen that is going to make me feel like shit. I need to take the initiative now to create an airbag to help myself through those times so that it doesn't end in relapse. I'm not sure how though. I'll think about it, but suggestions are appreciated.

    Day 5
The urges keep coming. Nowadays I try to find an activity that I can replace the urges with. My goal of doing that is whenever I feel an urge, instead of doing pmo, I am gonna do the activity.
    Tomorrow I am an Uruk-Hai :)

you said it all bro. you turn your defenses down, so don´t turn them down. The compulsion stage usually lasts for 3/4 weeks, in this period is really easy to enter autopilot and relapse because porn is very alive in the brain.
what we got to do is block ourselfs from dangerous situations. don´t be home alone with eletronic devices, use laptop with screen facing exposure, doors open, install porn blockers, etc etc... don´t trust yourself in this period, really, don´t be confident, because the addition as a very strong pull. just block yourself from risky situations.

at the same time, improve your life. live your dreams daily, develop new hobbies or improve the old hobbies. pmo will leave a void of time and excitment so you got to fill that hole with new ativities. and be consistend, repeat the system over and over again, don´t be lazy, don´t slack your good habits. if you become bored with your new life, porn will get you again.

    Let´s go bro!!!

well, setbacks are a part of life. in fact, is mandatory to overcome them in new ways for the reboot to be sucessul. since the real problem with setbacks is the emotional suffering they cause, here´s some pointers to help you out:

"Negative feelings are common triggers to pmo. This is a crucial part of the reboot because many times relapses happen to escape pain or discomfort. We have to deal directly with the parts of our experience that are unconfortable and cope with them in constructive ways. If we don´t deal with these feelings, at neurological level, the midbrain that is severely hijacked by pmo, will start to take over for the “excitement solution”. That´s why it feels we enter automatic mode just before a relapse, we are being driven.

So if you feel bored follow the trail of inspiration, think about several things you would like to do right now and choose the one you want the most. Even if at first you only feel a small pull, do it anyway. After a while energy will increase so as the mood and you´ll be inspired to do other things.

If you feel sad accept the situation that cause it, or change it if you can. Also talk with someone about it and do something pleasant.

Stronger emotions like anger or hurt i recommend meditation. A good technique is the “letting go” technique. Psychiatrist David Hawkins explains in detail: “Letting go involves being aware of a feeling, letting it come up, staying with it, and letting it run its course without wanting to make it different or do anything about it. It means simply to let the feeling be there and to focus on letting out the energy behind it. The first step is to allow yourself to have the feeling without resisting it, venting it, fearing it, condemning it or moralizing about it. It means to drop judgment and see that it is just a feeling. The technique is to be with the feeling and surrender all efforts to modify it in anyway. Let go of wanting to resist the feeling. It is resistance that keeps the feeling going. When you give up resisting or trying to modify the feeling, it will shift to the next feeling and be accompanied by a lighter sensation. A feeling that is not resisted will disappear as the energy behind it dissipates…

“When letting go, ignore all thoughts. Focus on the feeling itself, not on the thoughts. Thoughts are endless and self-reinforcing, and they only breed more thoughts. Thoughts are merely rationalizations of the mind to try and explain the presence of the feeling…

“Sometimes we surrender a feeling and we notice that it returns or continues. This is because there is more of it yet to be surrendered. We have stuffed these feelings all of our lives and there can be a lot of energy pushed down that needs to come up and be acknowledged….” "
