Day 19 check-in (Attempt 4) - Bucklebury ferry.
Have a lovely weekend my dear fellowship members
Day 5 complete!
YES YES YES WE GOT ANOTHER ONE! The Silmarillion is my favorite book of all time but I acknowledge that it's not everyone's cup of tea. The language and worldbuilding can be quite dense but it's all so beautiful.
@RiseToGreatness Holy moly, that avatar change caught me off guard XD
Urges were coming after me something fierce today, so I squared my shoulders and prayed something fierce right back. I utilized a lot of the techniques that I've been letting go for a while, such as moving to a different room or doing pushups to reduce the urges. I'm serious about making this streak a new record for me. Four weeks is the goal!
Checking in on Day 132.
PMO enemies are crushed!
You inspire me. Keep going!
So today is day six. I get to Uruk-Hai again later today. I am excited. Now to make this the last time...!
Day 6 check in
12 days. Yay! Got out to the driving range and putting green last night after work. Turns out the one near me is free all season this year. I found my new home for after work. Deadly. Getting out in the evening will help tremendously.
I feel like the pmo doesn't have more power over me, but i will stay alert anyways.
276 days the stairs of Cirith Ungol
351 days no PMO, semen retention
Relapsed yesterday because of a failure to pay attention to HALT. Came home tired to an empty house, and one thing led to another. What this teaches me is to avoid justifications and to get better sleep.
i feel you bro. yeah, maybe things were suppose to be like that anyway. maybe porn was our prime coping skill from that time and age, until we develop real ways of coping with hard feelings and situations, and expose porn not as "the" solution but as a second problem, and a enhancer of the first one.
everyone here is addicted, so everybody here lean on pmo to confort and safety in several periods of their lifes. it´s the way things are. but as you said, it´s better to break free at 40 than to never at all .
Keep going bro, you´re doing great!!
well, i´m very creative (when my mind is not clouded by porn), so i remember: why not change the avatar to go along with the challenge? and there you go . but this is not the first time, brother @LuckyMan also did that once
Well, i guess i´m gonna read The Silmarillion too, since everybody recomments it . i´m reading the "return of the king", "the hobbit" will be next, and then go for "silmarillion" for sure .
have you read "the adventures of tom bombadil"?
Checking in brave Warriors
Wonderful morning with good energy, productivity and less anxiety. however i overate at lunch and had a huge drop of energy following. urges also appeared - something that i didn´t felt in days. i didn´t touch any eletronic device as long as i didn´t felt 100% again as being dizzy is a sure gateway to start fishing.
i got to stay vigilant around food, overeating i´t not good for the body and the spirit.
Here´s today´s report
@DudeAlex @Themomentum - Uruk-Hai
@ksie - Ford of Bruinen / Eriador
@Revanthegrey - Lothlórien / Wilderland
Have a great weekend brave Fellowship!! . Checking out.

Have not posted since Wednesday, but I am still clean and on day 10. Thursday was a lazy day and yesterday was a bit rough, but now it is the weekend, and I am working to be a bit more productive.
Woahhhhhhhh, still PMO free. Went for a run, just been in a rut. Feeling stagnant and considering a change. Planning to give my current living situation the summer to figure itself out. Taking the summer off of school too to see if the excess stress is causing things to be funky.
Best to you all!
I was Uruk-Hai for about an hour, and then I relapsed with masturbation. Day 0.
Day 14, today I had some urges but managed it.
Day 6 complete! We march from Isengard under the banner of the White Hand!
@RiseToGreatness I have not read "The Adventures of Tom Bombadil." Someday I'd love to dive into Tolkien's lesser-known works, though.
Not much to report. I spent about 4 hours round-trip driving to another city this morning to pick up supplies for a service project, got a tiny bit of work done in the afternoon, and then went to my church for an evening service and cooking a pancake "breakfast" for dinner. I was too tired on Friday to go running, but I made up for it a couple hours ago with 7 miles on the treadmill. It was too cold and dark to run outside, even though that's what I prefer to do 98% of the time.
