    i can fully understand u, you are with a friend and he goes on insta and shows you something evil, i do it by just looking away, like you said, i think this is the best way even if they say ahh youre Homosexuel(but not as nice) or something like that, but just dont care about what they think about u, most people are so obsessed with the opinion of their friends, they would cut their Di*k of if their friends did.

    of course is not a relapse or reset. peaking is bad but it´s not a relapse, it´s a setback. plus, forget about clean perfect streaks, stumbling is part of the process, in this streak i myself have watched some nudes, i´m not proud of it, but i know it´s part of the process. what i do is i try to learn with my risky behaviours so they don´t happen again.

    be tolerant with yourself brother. if you don´t pmo, that´s already a victory. Keep going!!!!

    i have the same problem, my group friends of whatsapp have a constant flow of porn comedys, gifs, and stuff, that they send to the group. once i noticed it´s porn related, i just delete that shit. Carry on!!!

    Day 14! That's two weeks down.

    Weirdest thing happened last night. I was having a sexual dream and swear to God I felt myself orgasm, but when I woke up:

    So I didn't have to clean anything up. Still disrupted my sleep a little which sucks but I'm not going to let that bother me.
