    Okay, I said I would make a post about my relapse yesterday. I made it six days, which shamefully is longest I've gone in a while, and I was still feeling good. I got a couple hours of work done in the morning, then went for a long run before lunch. After that I did a cold shower and had a protein-heavy meal, and I was feeling so energized by that point that I was practically bouncing in place. I knew a lot of it was sexual energy, the kind of thing that inspired relapses. What I didn't know was how to get rid of it constructively, so I reached out to my AP and he suggested pushups. I did fifty, and that helped for a bit, but the urges and the energy kept coming back. I tried everything I could think of: reading, creative writing, meditative prayer, watching some anime and YouTube, doing the dishes, walking the dog, talking to my AP again, more pushups. I did a total of 110 pushups that day but it felt like for all the energy I burned, twice as much came back. By late evening I could not hold back any more and so I masturbated to orgasm. Then about an hour later I went and did it again, because the drive had still not dissipated and I felt so pent up and ready to burst from fighting the urges all day. Two relapses in one day is not who I want to be. I mean, any relapse in any number of days is not who I want to be, but this was especially out of control. And I still don't know what I could have done differently to avoid the situation.

    Starting a new streak on the same track, hoping and praying things will somehow be different.

    I knew it was coming. Last couple of days my mind is filled with intimacy , even my body is inclining towards P . I REALLY REALLY REALLY DONT WANT P EVER !!!. The urges are hard and finally resorted to M. Because I REALLY DON'T WANT P, I know its filthy consequences. I know M is bad too, I will try my best and I can also see improvement.

    But...Sorry for letting you guys down.

    I think this title suits me.
    Moments after I wrote about my M and said I will not go to P , I did P , I JUST CAN'T BELIEVE IT, My mind was not thinking about all the consequences at that moment. Its just a matter of seconds , my whole month free of P went off. I thought I finally have control of this attitude. But, boy!.. I was wrong. Its really frustrating how our mind just shuts off to fulfil its desires. I don't know what to say, I don't know what to do. IM REALLY MAD & FRUSTRATED. I'm going to take a break from this site. I will only login once a week or so, and update my progress again.
    Its not that I'm giving up, I'm extremely disturbed and need time to heal..bye

    Day 10
    Had my first wet dream in a long time.There wasnt a dream actually just a bit of a release.I take that as a sign that my body is healing but still i dont want them to happen too often.Tips for reducing them are apretiated!
    Otherwise feeling good,doing some chores in the morning.

    2nd day completed with no PMO. Running + push-ups + sit-ups, and trying to steer away from fantasies and desires as they come to life in my head.

    Don't worry about the wet dreams they will be less with the time , in my case the last time i have one it was after two months of Nofap.

    No don't be hard with yourself buddy, everyone pass for the same thing here , what is important is you make progress if you fell 4 times in one day after one week , the next time when you reach 14 days and fell 3 times after that , still a victory.
    As one says in the forum, "this is not linear sometimes we do three steps forward and one back."

    excellent sharing bro :). well, the thing is when we´re heavely triggered doing extreme exercises will have counter effect. because it will heavely depleted the willpower that remains. what you did was basicaly exaust yourself to the point where the addiction could easily pick you up and turn you over.

    when you feel triggered you got:
    1 - get out of the situation that´s creating hesitation.
    2 - calm yourself down, do some breathing exercises or some exercise that relaxes you.
    3 - engage in self-talk. recognize that you´re feeling tempted, but you don´t want to do it.

    after this you can resume your day. if you still feel triggered you can engage in light exercises (stretches, a walk outside, etc...) to dissipate the remaining sexual energy. don´t do drastic moves, when we´re feeling out of balance, we need to regain that balance, not stir things up.
