    Had my first wet dream in a long time.There wasnt a dream actually just a bit of a release.I take that as a sign that my body is healing but still i dont want them to happen too often.Tips for reducing them are apretiated!
    Otherwise feeling good,doing some chores in the morning.

    2nd day completed with no PMO. Running + push-ups + sit-ups, and trying to steer away from fantasies and desires as they come to life in my head.

    Don't worry about the wet dreams they will be less with the time , in my case the last time i have one it was after two months of Nofap.

    No don't be hard with yourself buddy, everyone pass for the same thing here , what is important is you make progress if you fell 4 times in one day after one week , the next time when you reach 14 days and fell 3 times after that , still a victory.
    As one says in the forum, "this is not linear sometimes we do three steps forward and one back."

    excellent sharing bro :). well, the thing is when we´re heavely triggered doing extreme exercises will have counter effect. because it will heavely depleted the willpower that remains. what you did was basicaly exaust yourself to the point where the addiction could easily pick you up and turn you over.

    when you feel triggered you got:
    1 - get out of the situation that´s creating hesitation.
    2 - calm yourself down, do some breathing exercises or some exercise that relaxes you.
    3 - engage in self-talk. recognize that you´re feeling tempted, but you don´t want to do it.

    after this you can resume your day. if you still feel triggered you can engage in light exercises (stretches, a walk outside, etc...) to dissipate the remaining sexual energy. don´t do drastic moves, when we´re feeling out of balance, we need to regain that balance, not stir things up.

    well, i don´t see wrong things about wet dreams, but if you´re really commited to block your dam, brother Soaring Eagle recommends: at night avoid heavy foods, alcohol, heavy blanckets and practice the 8 brocades exercise of qigong ;)

    that´s autopilot bro, it´s a component of any addiction. everybody here knows that feeling so be don´t ashamed.

    don´t beat yourself up brother, love yourself. and focus your energies on a binging prevention plan.
    "if i slip, what will i do to prevent a binging?". write your plan down and follow through ;). Let´s go!!!!!

    Well, i broke my semen retention goal again :mad::mad::mad:. staying close to my wife at night in bed is a heavy trigger for me, and if i feel tired, i loose all grip.

    but i´m gonna try again!! a 90 day retention streak, ends at 1 september ;)

    i´m gonna double check my retention mindset twice a day, and check my mindset again right before bed. i will also use positive afirmations through the day. i know i can do this!

    That song is dope! When I was younger and went to church, our priest actually played Swedish House Mafia during a service, mainly aimed at the many teenagers who attended that particular service. So for me, their music can be associated with faith and hope. Best of luck on your semen retention streak!
     
  18. To reduce wet dreams:

    Learn to do nauli kriya. You have to block all your pelvic muscles when the need to ejaculate appears in the dream. It's like contracting to the inside your abs, glutes, anus this creates the blockage of the PC muscles so if they are block the contraction muscles in charge of ejaculation get inactived.

    You'll have to do it in a semi conscious state but it's possible. Practice it while being awake with an empty stomach

    Practice some lucid dreaming techniques, write a dream journal and if you can wake up in the middle of the night and stay awake 30 min then go to sleep again that way is more easy to have a lucid dream.

    Controlling wet dreams involves controling dreams and intermediate states between wakefulness and sleep state.
