I don't have much to report yet today, but I'm checking in early because I had some cravings this morning. Thankfully, I'm still on the journey. But it was a good reminder that, yes, I am a PMO addict.
I've been reading through posts here, and all of you, even in reporting your resets and stumbles, have put me in a better state of mind. Thank you!
So, I've taken a cold shower. What I should be doing now is writing and editing. I'm about to go do that. I will also pray and meditate before today is over.
I am glad I could provide some inspiration with my posts. This seems very thorough and if you can keep up with it, I believe you can stay in recovery.

i agree with everything you said, except for the last part. accountability is crucial on the reboot, without accountability you will not overcome the addiction. secrecy and isolation is the addiction stronghold, his territory.
accountability on the other hand, makes you expose the addiction, makes you feel you´re not alone, motivate your path and also receive valuable feedback from people that know that struggle first hand.
the value of a community it´s that it not only motivates but it also raises awareness. it takes an addict to recognize another
so don´t dismiss the Fellowship brother, it´s more important than you think
maybe your relying to much on the counter, and now that you need to start on zero again, it seems all your progress is lost so you feel unmotivated.
first of all don´t pay much attention to the counter, it´s just a number, it does not define you and it surely does not protect you from a relapse. the quality of the days are much more important.
second, you need to boost your motivation again. why you´re doing this? how you´ll do this? etc etc... put your mind together. them assemble your strenghts, focus and begin
and, of course, take this seriously. 100% commitment.
They will go away bro . all sucessful rebooters say so. urges for sex will still appear, as that is a natural drive, but urges for PMO will disappear. Just keep going, still a long way to go
Checking in Fellowship
Feeling like shit today, weak, foggy, unmotivated... but i´m strong on my path. no hesitations.
so i found what cause my easy fall into porn lately. it was not only the slack of my triggers prevention system. basically i become too much concerned with semen retention that i lost focus on the PMO danger, my real problem. and i start blending the two things. not on a conscious level of course, but subconsciouly. this naturally was exploited by my addicted brain and create a major trap for me
"well, if you broke your semen retention streak, you might as well have your "fun""
so i separate the two things in my daily motivation. it´s now crystal clear. "sex is healthy, porn is poison and my addiction". i will also resume my porn reboot readings, as once when we start sliding in porn again, it´s easy to forget how destructive that shit is. it quickly becomes the new "normal".

i will go again for my 100 days semen retention goal, ends on 13/9, and celebrate with a family celebration. of course they will not know why, only my wife

I have a theory what could be the reason.
When someone reach 65 days in his second attemp , he or she doesn't has to do pmo before that streak, cause that can provoke a "little cycle " or "many little cycles" in result he or she can't go easly direct to the 65 days again.
The result could be next event: Old Streak 65 days
second attemp: 31 days
thrid attemp: 11 days
forth attemp: 20 days
ffith attemp : 15 days
sixth attemp: 7 days
There is a fluctuation of days , ( the P is a strong event, when someone see more of one time P in his way to reach his old streak for example 65 days and makes spaces of fail into days , it will be more dificult to up fast.
This happened to me and is a pain in the ass, the solution, abstence from pmo in the way to reaching 65 days or not make a space into days .
Break the cycle
I got myself into a little cycle.
And now I'm getting myself out of it again.
Do your best in preparation studies and leave the results to the Big Guy !
Another day and meditation, nap, indoor cycling, studies ,a bit of shopping, 2 cold showers and a few words with the Big Guy !
