Exactly bro, it never pays out. But you´re not being accountable lately, maybe a sign of slack, don´t you think? and on this reboot journey, the slack precedes the fall. Try always to be accountable bro, the reboot should always be number 1 priority.

    Checking in Fellowship.

Feeling a bit low and tired due to bad sleep, but i try in these days to promote my patience and compassion. A delicate but needed exercise.

No days are lost, no matter how bad we feel, there always things to learn and be proud of, every day. we just need to follow our ressonance.

Have a great day Fellowship :). Carpe diem.

    Checking in fellowship friends!

Free of porn 217 days and free of MO 145 days.

Still not the optimal quality of sleep, but better than yesterday. My limbic system is still in need of repair, it perceives a common issue as a high alert get ready to fight type of scene. It seems to wake me up randomly around 2 am over the last week and a half, the anxiety is present but at least I can say I bring it back to status quo within 20-30 mins of meditating. I guess this is the next step of my withdrawal.

Anyway, I've been reflecting a bit over the last few days and a lot while going through my flatline/paws. Something that surfaced with me today is this. No matter what, no matter how difficult it may feel, no matter how strong the fear or the darkness, you MUST show up. Show up and do what you set out to do for the day. No matter how shit you feel. Set incremental goals that support your recovery. Flatline/paws is your battleground and you will rise up from this stronger than ever, just keep showing up! I say this for anyone struggling right now, as I also say this for myself.

    Let's get it

    Day 22 no P
    Day 17 no MO

I had my first wet dream in a couple months last night. I did not take my sleeping pill last night (though I took the rest of my night meds). I know that I will be unable to sleep generally, but I was trying to see if I could reset my sleep schedule so that I would get up at 5am and stay up until 9pm tonight. Needless to say, I got up at 8am, and then have napped throughout the day. With that said, as I mentioned above, I had a wet dream, so that means I did sleep at least for a little bit, though all I remember was being in the dream and having to pee so I sat on the toilet, but instead of pee coming out, I ejaculated. There was literally nothing sexual about the dream. I was not looking at P in the dream. I was not MOing in the dream either, I was just peeing. Needless to say, I was so drenched in sweat from my insomniac night that I did not realize I had ejaculated until I smelled the eject. It was gross, but still a good reminder of how far I have come since one does not have wet dreams unless they are doing well in recovery. I feel like this time is the time to be clean, and that I am finally on the right path. My daytime routine is still messed up, but I am recovering and that is amazing.

    Best,

Happened to me too quite a few times before. I think that brain learns to associate the feelings of disappointment from this event and later on you will feel a warning like a premonition of coming something disappointing/gross in your sleep when you are about to pee. Just a matter of gaining some experience and it is also helpful if the last thing you do before bed is to go to toilet at least to wake up less through the night.

What are the lies you most consistently tell yourself that contribute to you staying stuck?
I have a deep seated belief that virtue is ultimately unattainable that I am lost cause. There are innumerable examples of why this is not true, in my own personal life, in this forum, and throughout history. I am committed now to change and stop wasting this brief life and live it as we are taught to live, do good, stop doing bad, and breath the fresh air of freedom.

    Hi all,

I relapsed again yesterday, too. I'm about 24 hours clean now. Sorry I didn't check in sooner. I feel like I'm trying to get to my feet on a floor with no friction. I will keep fighting and I will change what must be changed.

Two things I can identify right off the bat- too much drinking, getting away from exercise, getting away from routine in general.

Right now even the simplest tasks seem daunting. It is pathetic, but it's where I am. I am going to force myself to do small tasks until my mind and my mentality become corrected.

I know I can do it because I've done it before.
