Ah! I failed guys. Like... 4 times? maybe only three. but still. Fell hard.

But I shan't be defined by my defeats, for they will give way to my victory! Still, I'll miss being an orc.
    This me now.

    Checking in fellowship friends!

Day 147 free of MO, day 219 free of porn.

Much better today, slept quite well last night. Got in 4 hours of work today, exercised and about to do some reading and meditation.

    Stay strong !

Day 4! I ate some fastfood as I haven't in a long long time and all I can say is that my body does not like it anymore, but I cleaned my house today once again, made it more orderly and the bad effects of the food we're not enough to discourage me for today was already better than yesterday and yesterday than the day before.
I am however, careful at what effects do they have on my body, for research proposes, as we don't always have the strength or patience to go buy something and prepare it, but if that moment comes, than at least, the day before the meal should be productive to not feel demoralized completely and fall into unwanted thoughts.
I'm still in pain from the operation so I don't have any sexual thoughts, which is kind of interesting to notice again, how much time and energy someone wastes to avoid doing things they want to do, yet how much it can be done if that energy is getting focused into well established goals.
I wish you nothing but the utmost resilience Emperors, as Prophet Moonstruck is reviving!

  8. Hi Prophet,
staying off fast food would be a huge help. I had pizza for dinner today. I am paying the price now. I have now swore off junk food for life! I humbly advise you to do the same.

    Day 3

Good day so far. Becoming less anxious about doing tasks on my list, but still a work in progress.

So far today: writing, cold shower, healthy lunch, walk, prayer, meditation, eight(ish) hours of sleep last night.

And it is hot out there, so that walk should probably count for like, double cardio.

Thought for the day: the world is really beautiful and I am happy to be a part of it.

  15. Day 2 complete!

@EpsilonDelta Thank you for the suggestion! I've done something similar before but I ought to be more conscientious about reviewing those reasons.
@RiseToGreatness I will check out some success stories to make sure I'm properly motivated and doing this for the right reasons!

I'm glad to be clean at the end of this day. A situation happened at work today which wasn't really my fault but still left me on the manager's bad side. I spent most of the day feeling frustrated, annoyed, and guilty about the whole thing, and there was definitely a desire to reach for PMO "to make myself feel better." Fortunately the last reset is still too fresh for my mind to trick itself like that.

17 days. Bodyweight exercises, working and some walking. Felt a bit restless in the evening, and my mind was telling me that I should PMO, that it's not a big deal, won't be harmful, etc. Nice try brain, nice try.

Had a day long headache yesterday and went off to bed not really sure if i am going to wake up from the pain at the back of the head...Must be the repeated symptoms paying me a visit. It strange ,that although we believe in God and pray Thy will be done that, if it would be our last day on Earth and we are to pass away through the night, the realization of many desires-plans unfulfilled, many wrongs unrectified makes us rather avoid the possibility of it happening and internally talk ourselves into rather expectation of waking up tomorrow rather then accepting the will of Our Father whatever it may be( feels like trying to ignore and think/hope for that we have time to live our plans out). I recon that the more possessions, we have attachment to, we have, the harder it is for us to accept the will of God as it is.
