    Yeah, it was quite bad, I had to stop earlier than I planned to walk home a good portion of the route. Next time, I'll probably wait until the evening, when it's cooler haha. Hope your leg is better now!

    Now you admitting relapse but at the same time covering it ,which doesn't allow you to progress. Answer these questions:
    1)What were the feelings/stress that you sought shelter from in PMO habitualy-here it means without thinking.
    2)What were the triggers in your environment that spurred you to action (do your work on removing them)
    3)What were the consequences of your action ? Did it solve those feelings/stress 1) or made it even worse?
    4)What is you action plan? What you gonna do if you again feel the same way for multitude of reasons? (My advice would be to start with box breathing, seeking the good /decent company and prayer to God for starters.

    It's alright now.:) It was 16 miles+ (27 km )in hot weather, that made me uncomfortable for two weeks. Although after a week I tried 6 miles+ only to feel some weird pains returned, now I'm having a break from running to get fully recovered...and yeah I had to walk quite a bit too in a rather dozed state after that! ;)

    well, in the midst of my mess, what did i do? i read my tips from my sucessful days and improve from there. i notice that everything that i learned was on the spot, i just needed to improve on specific details, not change the entire script.

    you know, i think i gathered so much information that i lost track of what works for me and what doesn´t.

    so for instance, semen retention is definitly out of the equation now. anyway i gather good benefits from my previous SR streaks. but that is past now.

    i resume the counter. i don´t like to count the days, but truth is: counting gives more depth and responsability to my reboot. if feels i´m doing something and going somewhere, so it really has benefits for me. i don´t like it, but it works, and that´s what matters ;)

    i also improve my triggers prevention plan, specially in the sensible moments of the day. and improve my binging prevention system to prevent bad relapses like those in previous days.

    i feel much better equipped now, and grounded.

    so let´s do this ;)

    Day 5 I think! things are not going in any direction... yesterday and today I mostly spent my time playing videogames, not a good thing, I know, but a little rest is needed from now and then. I have uninstalled the game and will use tomorrow to set some real goals that I want to get into. There is still some frustration in me as I have a lot of paperwork to fill, but I guess the lore I postpone it, the more I have.
    Any ideas for some challenges I can take for 30-60-90 days? (I can't do sports for 2 weeks though)

  12. Checking in as a Nazgul on Day 0. I fell twice in one day. This backsliding is getting worse and worse. I went out for a run later that evening, and as I was pushing through the midpoint, I kept reminding myself over and over in my mind that "I am not a quitter." It's gotten me through many tough runs before. I wanted to give up on the NoFap community and perhaps my entire effort to get clean, but...that's just not going to work. I won't quit trying to quit, haha.

    For a little more accountability I'm reposting from my journal my list of reasons not to PMO.
    --I pridefully reject God's Will and substitute my own.
    --I reject the gift of my body by using it for an unintended purpose.
    --I separate myself from God's grace.
    --I fall into despair, believing myself unworthy of God's love and grace.
    --I am unable to receive the Blessed Sacrament due to being in a state of mortal sin.
    --I struggle to discern God's Will for my life due to the cloud of sin in my life.
    --I contribute to an industry which categorically mistreats and abuses people.
    --I degrade my own human dignity by objectifying my body.
    --I degrade the human dignity of others, especially women in my case, by objectifying their bodies.
    --I struggle to have healthy, proper interactions and relationships with the women I know.
    --I am made a hypocrite by my actions.
    --I experience strong feelings of shame and guilt.
    --I lose the confidence and presence of mind to be a good leader.
    --I may scandalize others or set a poor example for them if they learn of my behaviors.
    --I lie to hide my behaviors.
    --I teach my brain to value sex above anything else.
    --I reinforce unhealthy habits and thought patterns in my brain.
    --I potentially injure my body, or inhibit its proper functioning.
    --I procrastinate more.
    --I have poorer concentration and thinking ability.
    --I struggle to focus on whatever task is at hand.
    --I have less energy and drive to accomplish necessary tasks.
    --I waste significant amounts of time.

    19 days. Push-ups in the morning and an hour of walking in the evening when it was cooler outside. Also got about 2-3 hours work done during the day. Pretty much no urges.

    How to have a total reset?

    I have been going in and out of nofap for a while now, not being able to make it past day 3 and even that was really hard.

    In the past I’ve made it to a week a couple of time and even two weeks now, but this month my best was just to push down the number of “sessions” and hours as low as I can.

    Have you ever experienced that? The need to restart the restart process?

    Do anybody now of like a step by step guide, because I have all the knowledge about nofap, but I’m just need to form a concrete plan of action and I feel stuck and really out of balance.
