Sorry to hear about the relapse. Feeling shame is natural and maybe even good (because it serves as a signal for when we're doing the wrong thing), but then we must get our mind back in the game and it seems like you're up for that.
12 days. The focus of yesterday was on socialising, and I spent time with friends outside in the park from 3 pm to midnight. We had a great time but there was also alcohol there and I probably let myself a little bit too loose which has resulted in a hangover. As we all know, alcohol can mess with your brain and makes you loose discipline and willpower, so I need to be extra careful today.
Today's morning was hard as hell, plenty of strong urges for lust, aggressiveness and damn recklessness...had a dream about driving with brakes gone in a hard to stop fast traffic...

Very good day so far, went to an antiques fair with my daughter, work on some projects in the morning, and had a good lunch with the family. My anxiety is rising in the afternoon, which is quite normal in the withdrawal, but i´m ready with 1 liter of relaxing tea . sometimes it´s good to be a veteran on these things

...Had another strong urge right after 2 minutes long cold shower. To extinguish it I had to go to the garden and recite some holy scriptures aloud ...and it did the trick for me ! We can find so many excuses to expose ourselves to dangerous situations only to barely escape later on.
