18 days. It's 29 degrees Celsius (or 84 degrees Fahrenheit) where I live, which is extremely hot for us. I still decided to go for a run in the sun and do som push-ups which made me exhausted the whole afternoon. It seems I was too tired to get urges after that session, so it's all good here. Also watched the European football championship with friends, socialising helps as well sometimes.

I wish you all a good P-free weekend.

Day 117 no PMO. I’m not getting a lot of attention from my family for Father’s Day which has lead to me feeling bad for myself in the past and then PMO. So far I feel I will make it through. CALL YOUR DAD!!! He might need you.

@Redemptionisrequired Hey! Thanks for the advice. It is a lot, but that might have been because it wasn't straight porn, but youtube stuff. It felt like I needed more to make up for it or something haha. Terrible. I laugh because it's just all so wrong! This whole addiction thing is just a parasite on the mind.

Anyway! Yes, I have been evaluating my strategies and honestly, I got some advice from another forum that talked about acceptance. That I got to just accept the pain and know it comes with the territory of rebooting. This actually had a deep impact on me. As I feel that I have all the strategies in place (to the best of my ability with my situation at least) I now just have to accept the pain.

I read your update and you talked about how the suffering is worth it. That's the outlook I'm wanting.

Alright. I didn't want to write this. I'm actually embarrassed to tell you all. People I don't even know. But I relapsed again last night. Just once. Which is better than the two times the day before and the 4 times the day before that. but still. It's all so unnecessary.

However! I shan't give up! I've learned a lot! And in danger of repeating myself, I've learned I got to accept the pain.

The lies I've been telling myself have all been about getting the pain to stop in order to be productive. I'm in school right now so being productive is very important to me. Still, I can't run away from the pain. I just got to somehow accept it, embrace it, and then hopefully that will allow me to move past it.

Having to study with urges is the worst thing ever. But if I can learn to do it. I will be so much stronger for it.

    Thanks, everyone!

P.S. I'm trying to update the counter, and I hope it goes through, but don't mind the counter till then.

Be careful bro with running at hot temperatures especially without good hydration. I did that few weeks ago and was feeling some weird pains in the legs for two weeks. I wouldn't go for long distance in that temperature unless there is a cooler air in the early morning.

You are mixing suffering with inconvenience/the state of being uncomfortable.
You could say like this or you can say that it is a deeply entrenched harmful habit. The later perspective gives you something to work on. How do you get rid of long term harmful habit?

Yeah, it was quite bad, I had to stop earlier than I planned to walk home a good portion of the route. Next time, I'll probably wait until the evening, when it's cooler haha. Hope your leg is better now!

Now you admitting relapse but at the same time covering it ,which doesn't allow you to progress. Answer these questions:
1)What were the feelings/stress that you sought shelter from in PMO habitualy-here it means without thinking.
2)What were the triggers in your environment that spurred you to action (do your work on removing them)
3)What were the consequences of your action ? Did it solve those feelings/stress 1) or made it even worse?
4)What is you action plan? What you gonna do if you again feel the same way for multitude of reasons? (My advice would be to start with box breathing, seeking the good /decent company and prayer to God for starters.

It's alright now.:) It was 16 miles+ (27 km )in hot weather, that made me uncomfortable for two weeks. Although after a week I tried 6 miles+ only to feel some weird pains returned, now I'm having a break from running to get fully recovered...and yeah I had to walk quite a bit too in a rather dozed state after that! ;)

Going to start this as a Nazgûl, please wish me luck!
I've felt as though I couldn't quit by myself, so a systematic and collective approach like this challenge is a brilliant idea <3

    Checking in Fellowship :)

well, in the midst of my mess, what did i do? i read my tips from my sucessful days and improve from there. i notice that everything that i learned was on the spot, i just needed to improve on specific details, not change the entire script.

you know, i think i gathered so much information that i lost track of what works for me and what doesn´t.

so for instance, semen retention is definitly out of the equation now. anyway i gather good benefits from my previous SR streaks. but that is past now.

i resume the counter. i don´t like to count the days, but truth is: counting gives more depth and responsability to my reboot. if feels i´m doing something and going somewhere, so it really has benefits for me. i don´t like it, but it works, and that´s what matters ;)

i also improve my triggers prevention plan, specially in the sensible moments of the day. and improve my binging prevention system to prevent bad relapses like those in previous days.

i feel much better equipped now, and grounded.

    so let´s do this ;)

    Orc reporting now :)
