Day 5 down! Really have to fix my sleep hygiene

 

Day 109 started

 

Don't worry, I would've been sleeping in a barracks with about 20 other people so risk of relapse was incredibly low. I would have kept posting but the blocker I use to keep porn off my iPhone ironically also blocks NoFap.com, and I wouldn'tve had any other devices on me (not to mention no WiFi).

None of that matters though because it got called off last minute, so I'm still here for the weekend. Honestly, this is worse for my relapse risk because had it gone ahead I would probably not have been alone for more than 2 minutes the whole weekend, whereas now I have the whole 48 hours to potentially brood (I don't plan to relapse though, of course).

Regardless, check in for day 8!

I think exercise is the crucial part of my Nofap process. I do exercise 4 times per week and during those times, i feel relaxed and no urges.

I appreciate your advice and your care. Of course I will continue abstaining from all PMO. I will not include masturbation in my life. That is not going to be a change.

The change in my mindset is going to focus on only porn because it will help me do a better job of abstaining from all PMO.

My ultimate goal is still to abstain from PMO while participating in NoFap but I'm using a new strategy by focusing on only porn.

It is very difficult for me to explain, so I hope you understand and will continue to allow me to participate in your challenge.

If you don't understand, I will be happy to try to explain more. If you understand but can't include me in the challenge, that is okay, I will not be upset for any reason.

 

Reset at 39 days. Probably gonna take a break from the forum for few days to clear my mind.
