    Good night´s sleep today, my sleep is improving which is good. however brain fog is merciless, and hit me right before lunch. i did the austin goh tecnique to clear up, so now i´m feeling a bit better :)

    The overall spirit of the Fellowship is very good, not a single relapse today :). Congratulations brave warriors. You rock!! :)

    I just came back from a weekend away with my friends and I have been having some issues in getting back into a productive routine. I will take some time later today to reasess how to procede.

    Day 3

    I went to bed at 8PM last night after accomplishing all of my daily goals yesterday. Additionally, I got up at 5:30AM this morning after sleeping through the night for about 9 hours (as I lay in bed for about half an hour meditating). Whenever I get up at 5:30AM, no matter how much sleep I got, I always hit a mid morning crash at 9AM where normally I take a nap until 11AM. However, this morning, I did not (couldn't as I am working), and I made it to 11am without napping. I feel like I can accomplish my daily tasks again, and when I accomplish my daily tasks, I reward myself with 20 points. As I am running a deficit, I will need to get up early the next couple mornings, as well as bed around 8PM and accomplish my daily tasks so that I am not running a deficit come Saturday. When I run a deficit at the end of the week, I have to do some of my parents chores in addition to my own. This week I am doing the kitty litter boxes everyday as I ran a 100 point deficit last week (since a relapse is -50 and I relapsed twice in one day). However, doing the litter boxes every day has given me somethings to think about as it is not very fun to do every day, and so I am more adverse to running deficits. However, it is a good time to think in the morning if I choose to do them. I think that my parents would not mind if I did litter boxes every and as a reward, if I am not running a deficit when I do them, then I will get points to redeem for fun things every day. This point system is a great motivator, and when I start work and school in the fall, it will help me maintain my current tasks, and allow me to grow. With that said, I will need new chores for deficits because I will be solely responsible for the dishes and I have no cats in my new apartment. I am not sure what tasks I should include. Ideas?

    Quite tired after a lot of studies and workouts. Meditation,cold shower(first thing in the morning) and quite a lot of communications today :)

    Day 5! I woke up at 8 like I intended to, but I ended up falling back asleep till about 12 or so. I feel kinda bad, but I had probably 5 hours sleep max the previous two nights as I had to get up earlier than normal for work so I probably needed a bit extra. I hope it doesn't effect my ability to go to bed at a decent time tonight.

    Day 12. The fact that I did some sport yesterday definitely helped. Though when the cravings are in full effect I feel like I'm hanging by a thread. Than I might fail if the wind blows too hard. However it did not happen so far. So I keep going forward!

    Day 22

    Today so far: work, meditation, prayer, walk, good meal, cold shower. On the downside: haven't gotten enough sleep lately.

    Been feeling some cravings or craving-like feelings today, as well as some anxiety. I suspect these two things are related, as PMO is a coping mechanism. I feel like this is my chance to figure out healthy responses to negative feelings. Prayer and meditation have both really helped today.

    Oh, and I've been trying, very consciously, to cut down on social media. I've been doing a good job today, with the exception of this morning. The issue here is not porn or P-subs; I don't follow any sexual or suggestive accounts. However, the nature of social media is such that I think it's really wrecked my attention span. Time to reverse this!

    Day 22, I think! I'm on the phone so I can't see the badge. Anyway, feeling quite blessed recently and I today is my last day smoking, as I noticed that I would be willing to do it for someone else, but I also noticed that I can do it as a sign of love for me and I will be watching closely what happens when another vice dissappeares.
    Bjt can I say for now, that I felt Italy won as a gift for me, and all the good things that happen seem to be a blessing for thiose prepared to receive them.

    So close! I’m almost breaking my record and I’m so happy!

    Lest night I was at my best friend wedding. We have been best friends since first grade and I’m happy that after a couple of years of depression for me my life had become so much better that I could celebrate with him and be so happy for him.

    Tomorrow I’m a Hobbit! I’ve never been a hobbit before. I can already picture Sam’s “if I take one more step…” meme. Right now I have only one small fear, and that is that I’ll crack after “reaching” my goal. Have anybody else felt that way before? I mean, I know that I’m not even close to being cured from PMO addiction, but at the same time, for so long my goal was only to reach 15 days that I fear that when I do make it, it would feel to hard to try and push it to 30 days or something like that.

    But anyway. It’s still great! I’m hangover as hell from the wedding and waking up was definitely hard. Getting out of bed toke me like 45 minutes. But it’s still worth it.

    36 days.

    Not that strong urges yesterday, although some sexual thoughts and fantasies were popping up from time to time. Went for a one hour walk in the evening and ended it with some push-ups while watching the first semi final in the European Championship. Congratulations Italy, well done!
