I started to feel social-anxiety, just a little. It, however, is enough to show me how much pmo can hurt us. Stay strong and dont let pmo take your life away! the world without pmo is way more beautiful.

Not a bad day, not a good day... Sometimes I feel like, everything is possible and then I feel like the next relapse is just inevitable.
However todays work out was pretty good. The relapse is postponed one more day! One day at a time...

yes, watching porn is a relapse. why? because when we watch porn we´re not rewiring the brain, we´re not doing the reboot. in fact we´re doing the opposite, which is feeling the brain with more unnatural stimulation.
but to my standart a small peak here and there is not enough to be considered a relapse. it´s harmful yes but not a relapse. But don´t watch bro, even for small amounts of time, don´t watch. the more you watch, the more you´ll want to watch and it will be much harder to get hold of yourself so don´t even start. let´s go!!!
