    Terrible day today, heavy insomnia last night, i didn´t sleep at all. so today i feel tired, drained and very foggy. i will interact with eletronic devices the least possible today, since i feel very unstable.

    anyways, last night while rolling in bed, my mind start pumping all kinds of porn thoughts, and although they left me even more nervous, i didn´t follow them, and kept my discipline. i maintained all devices shut, even the TV ;). so a small win for me.

    Really down. Really down. I messed up last night. This morning I laid in bed and did nothing for most of the morning. The scary thought of maybe giving up and that I can't do this came through my mind. But my stupid mantra of "I can be all that I can be if I just keep trying" came through my head.

    Got 8 hours of sleep and feel good. I took a cold shower. Still need to pray and meditate. Next week I'll get back into working out.

    Right now I'm working on a syllabus, which has me stressed, but I will overcome it and then go spend time with family and friends.

    I'm thankful for a solidly productive day with little temptation--got up and went straight for a run, finished my book, my brother and I finished a jigsaw puzzle we've been chipping away at, and lifeguarded for four hours at a fun private party. There was a slight urge from the fuzziness associated with an alcoholic drink at lunch, but I was prepared and kept myself occupied. Tomorrow marks two weeks until I begin studying at seminary, so I plan to spend time getting my things in order and reviewing what I want to pack.
