    Day 15!I'm really chill and enjoying my vacation, though I did have a great urge yesterday,but I used my time for swiping on tinder(searching for some random people to talk to) and got someone to make me a tattoo... totally worth it!

    3rd day of doms after gym, feel the soreness in the legs every time I walk, ate a lot of sweet stuff for the dinner, feel a bit better today comparing to yesterday. Had a cold shower but instead of feeling fresh started feeling sleepy and had to take a nap...

    Checking in on Day 1 after a very productive day.
    I realised that My last streak was going downhill as soon as I started to watch news and youtube etc. again. It started slowly and very soon I was back at binging useless youtube videos. The underlying mechnism is always the same, whether its social media, netflix, youtube, porn etc. I realize that I use those things to make the time pass easier, but they always lead to a feeling of emptyness. After the first two weeks of my last streak when I did stikt dopamine detox, I felt a lot better and stronger. The benefits of NOFAP depend very strongy on how the time during the roboot is spent. During the last streak I felt better in week one and two than in the later weeks due to harmful media use and lazyness. So this time I am going to apply the following rules stricltly without exceptions. Any violation of these rules will count as a relapse and set the counter back to zero.
    Daily:
    1. NOFAP (Hardmode. No Phantasies, No fishing, no Subs, no touching etc.) :emoji_ballot_box_with_check:
    2. Mind Control (Dont be externally influenced by media etc. No Videos, no games, no music, no use of electronic devices except for working and studying, no negative mindloops etc.):emoji_ballot_box_with_check:
    Weekly:
    3. 7 Workouts 1/7
    4. 7 hous of meditation 0,5/7
    5. 60 hours of working and studying 11/7

    Went to the gym and did some reading. Prayer. No explicit meditation yet, but tried to stop and be mindful a few times.

    Got a little brain fog. Wow, who could've seen that coming? lol.

    This thing's really got its claws in me and I long to break free. I'm just unfocused and find myself wanting to run away from everything.

    At least no longer a Nazgol

    Life is ok, still need to do a million things for the relocation, I have a month and a week to move my entire life. But me and my girlfriend are working together and it makes it a kind of bonding experience.

    I did slip yesterday. I had to leave the house in 10 minutes and yet I've grabbed the phone and entered a NSFW subreddit and just watched naked ladies for a few seconds without even thinking about it. I turned it off and walk away with discuss that I've even did it, I wasn’t even hard, my girlfriend was in the other room and I didn't even want to masturbate.

    It's not a relapse, but it just sad that I can’t say that this streak is “free of fishing”. Today I'm better and I'm already after a light breakfast, meditation and going to sit in a public workspace.

    I just want to be a hobbit one more time and to be after the first 72 hours of the streak.

    Day 16! I have some paperwork to do but nothing too complicated, I am preparing my body for a 3-day festival so I am now planning some waking up routines taking into consideration the toll that will be brought by alcohol, tiredness and chaotic sleeping hours.
    Until now I have: Daily avocado intake, magnesium, fresh water, gigner+honey in water along with oats+blueberries in the morning (for time and energy saving as well as protein intake along with the vitamin C and other benefits the blueberries give).
    Do you have any other tips to mend the body and mind during irresponsible times?

    Yes bro that occurs in these first days so I think by not straining legs more through heavy excercise can decrease its severity after sometime about after completing one month you can continue but always avoid excessive excercise that may also lead to wet dream. So following your workout plan at gym is very nice but always do moderate excercise. Anyway maybe you know better than me about this matter but just wanted to share my knowledge as I have also suffered from leg pain and it becomes more intense when I did specially leg excercise.
