    Extreme female attraction and attention last night at a party. Was a bit shocked to be honest :). The workouts on NoFap also feel really great.

    This challenge sounds great! I started to read the books a few days ago, so I'm excited. I'd love to join!

    Currently, I'm a dwarf.

    I'm a 23 year old male, a student in psychotherapy school, and I've dealt with this problem for about 10 years. My longest streak has been 46 days (I think). I've had very little dating experience with women. My biggest problem is social anxiety, which is getting tremendously better.

    I'm so very excited to be in this community with all of you! Each of you seem like a wonderful person! Please share your experiences, I'd love to hear more about you!

    Not gonna lie... I relapsed today. There was no real reason for that, it was just unnecessary.
    However, I realised that an lack of productivity and activity favors an relapse. So what I'm planning to do is the following:
    I will not only count my days of my NoPMO-streak. I will also count my productive days during this streak. A relapse will reset both counter.

    So what do I consider an productive day? I will you the following criterias:
    • Get up before 8 AM (yes, it might be late, but I'm currently fixing my sleep cycle and will change this in the future)
    • Go to bed before 23 PM
    • No screen time after 22 PM (the idea is, to read for at least half an hour before bed)
    • Be physically active at least once every day (for example walk the dog in the morning)
    • Go to the gym at least every second day
    • Be productive for at least 4 hours every day (I'm currently unemployed, but it looks good, that I will have a job in the near future)
      (This may be studying, reading, applying for jobs and so)
    So let's begin:
    NoPMO - Day Zero
    Productive Days from that - Zero

  14. Still going. Had a wet dream this morning, kind of sucks and I feel a little bit shit. Will try and get better at catching myself fantasizing in the future to decrease the frequency of them.

    Daily check in. I've been doing well this past month and I'm excited for how far I can go this time. The feeling of freedom is the greatest feeling I've felt. I haven't felt this before.
