    Checking in fellowship friends!

    Free of MO 205 days, free of porn 277 days.

    The last 2 days of this week were challenging, I had certain symptoms reoccur. They were weaker than when I last faced them though, I'm on my way to recovery.

    I got a good workout in today and meditated a bit more. I handled a difficult situation properly, I let my emotions come to the surface after the encounter without holding on to them. A successful week.

    Long day of work yesterday, and pretty much no urges. Had to ghost some friends on the phone who wanted to hang out and maybe have beers or something, although I had already said no earlier in the day, because I needed to work on some stuff in the evening. JOMO @Slider8 ;)

    Day 173 no PMO. I was here yesterday, liked all your posts, and forgot to post myself. Anyway… had a wet dream Thursday night but nothing too disturbing so I will just move on and not beat myself up about it. Played golf yesterday. Had a nice dinner date with my wife. All is well for now.
