    Relapsed again. I have got good news for myself, tho. I think I find the main source of my problem. As soon as I wake up, I look at my phone and I tend to relapse at those moments. I use my phone as an alarm clock, so I am going to keep my phone away from me until I get an alarm clock..

    Getting a separate alarm is a good idea but that is not your problem.If you are not able to handle your urges it wont help.
