    I was having pretty bad back pain and also the shin spilt I develped during workout prevented me from doing my daily exercises and walk. THis along with my sheepish attitude made me unable to continue with daily activities , I started binge watching youtube videos and eventually led to a relapse , one relapse led to another because all I was doing was binge watching youtube videos.But as a matter of fact I have not watched porn so that's a good side of it . I know I am progreesing but I think it is very essential to let the experience seek in so that I don't repeat the mistake again . So I have decided to take a dopamine detox for the next 2 days .

    What I will be doing : Reading books but not studying , I know its the procrastinator in me who is saying this , but I know from my personal experience that good systems can elevate your level without you even putting a conscious effort. What's most important is getting back to system (habits ) that I have created . For going back to the system I find this detox essential.
    Meditation
    Exercises ( Whatever that is possible with my present back injury maybe some stretches-----but no music)
    Doing chess puzzles ( Because I know it will help me in tournaments)
    Going for a walk
    What's not allowed
    1. NO electronic devices and so no internet
    2. NO daytime sleeping
    3.NO snacking
    4.No music
    5.NO PMO
    1 day wasted away with PMO has brought all my anxious feelings back . I understand it is very essential to not waste time . It's not over until I win.

    Today I was very tempted by the ring. I almost gave into it's call. But by God's grace I was able to come back into my senses. THIS RING NEEDS TO BE DESTROYED. We've got this brethren. We can do this!

    Thanks, man! Yes, the month has flown. And you're absolutely right. There's no reason for me to be mindlessly swiping through tinder. Especially since I got a couple bites from some promising looking ladies ;). Who know, maybe it will work with one of them.

    Feeling good. Still need to meditate, and pray. My sleep has been okay, not great. I'll work on these things today.

    Cravings have diminished for the moment.

    Seriously, brother, I know what you mean by boredom. I'll bet I've relapsed more due to boredom than from any authentic craving for sex or MO.

    Ok so day number 3 has been reached again! Yesterday was kinda gull, same as today as I am trying to keep myself productive, which I've been.
    Not much else, just some weird coincidences.

    Day 4

    Very good day today. I went out on a walk with my Mum, played a tiny bit of a new game I got on Steam, helped out with house chores, got my work for today done, worked out, meditated, did my usual studying plus a little extra and then played a tiny bit of FF14 before bed. I've just been feeling really good today :)

    I didn't have any notable urges today. But my guard is still up and ready.

    Day 12. I'm feeling a little bit tired cus today activities but everything fine, I'm feeling happy because everyday I'm doing a lot of things that I used to not do talking about work stuff , so I think I'm beating my procastination problem too, and that's great . Thanks God for the oportunity to be better everyday.

    At the brink of day 12! It passed really faster than I would think. When we focus on the daily life and its routine it gets less dificult to pass through urges. I've been keeping two things in mind: 1. The sentence I learned from @RiseToGreatness (One day at a time, focusing on the present moment); 2. The idea that I should go do something, not necesseraly a productive thing, but something that fills the time and add value to its spending. I've been going for studying, stretching, running, playing the guitar, listening to some music... The only thing that I'm trying not to do is surfing mindlessly through internet, which, by the way, I did yesterday. I openned youtube for a while to watch some videoclips from a band of my city, but I crossed the line and started to watch one after another. I had the same feeling of P binge watching, even though the content of the clips were pretty clean (in fact, its a guys band hahah). It made me think that maybe part of my PMO addiction is also a content addicton. But I'll let it soak for a moment, while I focus on getting free from PMO. One thing at a time, it would certainly not be recommended to try ending all of our bad behaviours at one time.

    While I'm still on the heavy fight, I'll look to the beatiful part of the road.

    Still sick but slowly getting better and all is good with respect to urges.
