yet you are capable of staying more and more time without pmo, so that means you´re on the right track :).

Improve and keep going bro, you´re doing great!!! :)

Been there many times bro, "oh no, not again". and it´s true, no matter how great streaks we have on our back, or knowledge on this stuff, if we relapse, we´re going back to withdrawal, garanteed. of course the level of relapse (a slip vs a binge), makes all the difference in the intensity of the withdrawal. but there´s always withdrawal. so going throught that shit engraves the pain in us, making us become more and more allergic to PMO, which is good.

unfortunatelly that´s only a part of the equation, the other part, the most important one, is keeping our reboot strategy to the point. because the addiction monster lives inside of us, and the addiction monster doesn´t use logic when it comes to getting what it wants.

Here´s JK with an eye opening video, this help me many times in the past. I hope it helps you too :)

    Checking in Fellowship :)

Another busy day ahead :D. what can i say? so far, i´ve done all my reboot work for the day, and i´m ready to hit the street.

ah, i changed my evening cold shower to the morning, right after waking up, "i thought, since i´m taking this daily, wouldn´t it be better to harvest all the benefits right from the start?".

and there you go ;), man, it was crazy, right in the morning, before breakfast, now that was a shock!!! :D. but it works, i felt super alive and awake afterwards :). but now is late summer and easier in a way.

let´s see if in plain winter at 7 am, i found it amusing as well :D :D

Lot´s of slips today among the Fellowship. Gather your things brothers, improve and carry on. you can do it!!! :)

A good tecnique that i use daily to keep my reboot solid is journaling. i learn this technique with the ebook "the metascript method" from Universal Man.

basically you do a journal log each day detailing if you did all the stuff that you need to do in order to stay sober (planning the day, reading reboot material, staying accountable, challenge excuses to PMO, reviewing your triggers prevention plan, workout, etc).

like a check list. so if you do all your reboot work, you´re gaining reboot capital and becoming solid in the recovery. if you´re skipping some items, then you´re losing reboot capital, and the tendency to slip increases.

and that´s it, it´s a journal directed to the reboot process itself, not to make life reflections or the sort (you can make them as well :D but that´s not the point here).

I hope this helps :). Have a great day Fellowship!!! Checking out.

Congratulations @AlternativeFalcon01 for becoming Hobbit, i saw your post right before i post mine :D ;). Good luck!!!

Day 205 no PMO. I didn’t get a chance to check in yesterday as my daughter woke up early and interrupted my normal morning routine. That being said I still had a good day yesterday and I’m ready for another good day today. Good luck today everyone!

Checking in friends- Day 40 - busyness in work has kept me from distractions and urges - but my diet crumbled recently and the the urges came back - have something I need to do on Saturday and so want to reach there 6 weeks free. After that back to managing the diet, sleep, and exercise again

    Day 76
I am feeling happy for my this streak. This is my second largest streak ever. I am becoming lazy day by day and due this my urges are increasing so by not following routine of course it will end in the relapse, to maintain routine is very important for rebooting and managing daily stress so I will try to re manage it.

So I relapsed again today but I have good news. I found a therapist for Porn Addiction for an extremely generous price in my local area and she was incredibly nice when I talked to her over the phone. I gave a general synopsis of my situation to her and we settled on 9:30am Tuesdays. I'm super excited to have someone to frequently talk about this with and finally start to figure this all out and conquer this thing. :)

Cold shower and workout today, otherwise was quite unproductive day.Done meditation at noon but kept falling into sleepiness through the session. Feel tired with bicepses aching and legs exhausted.
