Just checking in. Getting close to the Hovercraft Crew Member stage and every day is quite a test really. Well theres really only one direction to move in and thats forward.
While i am still on day 1, i noticed the more i practice nofap, the more energy i have. Today i woke up pretty early, feeling refreshed, and without any nervousness. What i am trying to achieve is that i go along the way doing my work with stable energy throughout the day. However, currently that is not the case, i have very good energy for 5 hours and then i simply become tired. It is mainly because i lack some hours of sleep here and there. So i will test this, next time i go to bed even earlier and see what will happen. These days i can't sleep more than 4 hours straight.
Its great that you're experimenting to reach that optimised stage. Another aspect that has tremendous impact on energy levels is the quality of food. Bringing in 25-50% raw fruits and vegetables has a phenomenally transformative impact. Whenever I eat like that at night, next morning I spring out of bed like I just got handed the baton in a relay race

It is good diet in the long run for the ones that have enough fat on their bodies, because vegetables have small amount of calories, so you mostly use your fats as a energy. It is like you are doing prolonged fasting. But you need to follow your weight and implement some protein like cheese or eggs if the time comes if weight gets too low.
