I've been inspired by your story, SS. Thanks. We all have to help each other. Don't give up. The path of penance and trust in grace is the way to salvation.

Thanks IGY! And thank you everybody!

DAAAAAAAYUM!!! It feels good to be back on top. I'm not quiting! I am not getting urges! I feel amazing.

Even though I feel no urges, I am constantly reminding myself, to never forget my defenses and strategies for combating urges. And you all shouldn't either!

    $queaky $oulja Boooooooi!!!

8 weeks is a good effort my old mate, but don't be too caught up by the statistics. In what ways are you taking a grip on life and sucking the marrow out of it, hahaha?

Yup, focus on improving your life now, and ensuring that your "urge defenses" are in working order, just in case urges come rushing back.

The only urges I experience are the ones I can barely remember when I am half awake and rolling around in bed. I will test my defenses today!

I am taking more advantage of the spare time I have. Last year, I wasn't doing too much besides sitting all day, and a bunch of nonsense. Now, I am doing more chores around the house, dieting, exercising 6 days a week, etc.

First off, my apologies for the inactivity. I've been busy with my workout regiment.

It takes a lot out of me:

    Wake up,
Eat something high in protein and carbs,
    Wait two hours,
Eat something high in protein and carbs again,
    Wait two hours,
Do workout of the day (Typically lasts for 1/2 - 2 hours),
Eat post workout meal high in protein, carbs, and fats,
    rest,
Take a cold bath or shower,
And, drink lots of water throughout the day.

It's a lot of crap to remember, but it's the only way.

GOD HELP ME!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE PRAY FOR ME, I AM FEELING SICK!

Sure, no problem. So sick that you convulsively hit caps lock :D But really, I hope you feel better. Good job on staying disciplined.

    Meeeh... still sick!

I feel like my temptation is sneaking up on me more and more in the wee small hours of the morning. Any advice for this? I know I have to pray more, and probably should get out of bed faster. I guess the reason for my temptation is because I really want to have a wet dream. Why do I want one? Because when I have one I feel great, but it's not nothing I should pursue. It'll come when it comes (hahahaha!), and if I try pursuing it, I'll only get into trouble.

Well, I think my problem is solved... don't pursue lust!

I think the answer is to get out of bed and get your day started. Immediately eat a cookie or something if you need a motivation to get out of bed. In my experience, NOTHING good can happen laying in bed awake, whether in the morning or at night.

I'm proud of you for pulling it together squeaks. I'm SO happy that we have made it through the hardest part of the recovery, and are both heading to the other side now.

    Keep it up brother
