The New Habit Challenge

  1. As of last night:

    Meditation - 1/21 (best 33)
    Exercise - 1/21 (best 45)
    Morning exercise - 1/21
    Self-improvement - 1/21
    Walking - 0/21 (best 49 - last reset 5)
    No news - 0/21

    Some of this is allowable. I had a long day's journey on Saturday so was driving pretty much from getting up to going to bed.

    Hey ho. Back in the groove today I hope.

    Am I alone here? Where's the team!?!? ;)

    It only lasted for 10 days.I have been trying to quit masturbation for quite some time but just cannot stop this.Please suggest me some steps..
