This challenge is celebrating its birthday today!
What are your limits for screen use, @Awedouble and @The Mask!?
My sleep time is before 10:15 pm. I'm planning to stop using any screen before that. I've coupled it with flying start. They complement each other really well.
To do this on a daily basis is a real challenge as I have a tendency to procrastinate. I use all of my devices publicly. Even my bedroom is open 24x7.
I use this forum a lot in the starting days of the streak hence screen time may be on a higher side.
I'm in I'll go offline once it's 10:30pm, no screens
I try to go to bed at that time, too. I've found I need to turn off devices about an hour before.
I stop using the computer at 9:30 Pacific Standard Time. (West coast USA) I may read a bit on the eInk Kindle after but not even very much - definitely no online activity just eBook.
If I was being very strict with my rules, I could make a reset. But I won't because good compromises are a part of life.
Stayed up till 12am, really terrible of me so I've decided to start over, this time I would do better.
failed at this challenge and because of that, relapsed.
It has happened to me too before. How you're doing in this challenge is a pretty good indicator of many more things.
I need to reset in this challenge as well. I was writing too late. 0/30
Turned off my phone by 10:30 so today was good.
