14/14, challenge completed. So now I’ve done a 3-day, 7-day and 14-day challenge without any reset in between. I will do another challenge whenever I feel the need. Until then, keep fighting fellows.

as to me i making an amendment to my practice
- one day a week i can extend screen time by few hours, but not by a whole overnighter,
- so that would mean 18, 20 or22pm??? not sure yet, 8pm seems most reasonable,
so let me roll with that for a while, sometimes even too much of a good thing can be a bad thing
(in this case bit of boredom...)
so i failed as of now and resseting my counter to 0/30
day 1 tommorow.

I am on today closing my phone at 11 pm
The excitement around Super Tuesday made it hard to resist live streams on YouTube...
I'm gonna spend the whole day without internet until it's 6PM, then I stop again when it's 9PM.
I'm only allowed to use the internet for studying or something really important at any time of the day, that's the only exception to the time rule. I can't use it for any kind of entertainment, only from 6PM to 9PM.
I can see the productivity starting, gotta keep going!
Day 4, I'm learning to control my internet and phone use, it's really good to be free from all this pollution.
