I'd love to turn my devices off at bedtime, but I listen to podcasts with a sleep timer to go to sleep. It's like I'm afraid of my own thoughts. Any advice?
Well, as long as you’re not using the screen it should be okay? Just start the podcast the minute before you stop using screens. Of course it depends a bit on your ambition level, maybe you want to stop using the screens earlier?
Is having the device in the bedroom much of a temptation? How often do you wake up at night and reach for it? If that doesn't happen, I'd probably agree with Force Majeure. If you are getting tempted by it at night, I don't know; is there another device you could use that would be just for the podcast and so would be less tempting?
