Someone else started it. I've been keeping it going for a while. I find it really helpful. Even on days when I don't achieve my goals, if I spend a chunk of the day trying to achieve them, I use screens more responsibly.
3/7. First time in months I'm beginning to wake up earlier than my wife. Feels pretty good
6/7. Feels good, I will lengthen the challenge to 14 days.
7/14, slight over time because I wanted to finish the chapter I was reading, nothing harmful.
10/14, extending it to 30 days.
