Falling asleep at the deadline has been difficult the past few days. It seems that setting your alarm at the same time every day is not enough to be able to fall asleep at a predictable time. Yesterday I was barely moving my body, just stared into the monitor all day working really hard. It must have been stress and/or physical inactivity.
