There was a great man 100 years back who shook the world with his ideas on God. Not only did he imprint his ideas in the minds of people, but did gather a great number of followers. His works are a perfect example of his achievements. He did finish the entire encyclopedia of 12 volumes so quickly, which would have taken a lifetime for ordinary person. Abstinence leads to multi-fold improvement in concentration, memory and courage. For students, teenagers and children, abstinence is highly recommended. Abstinence leads to character building. Abstinence imbibes reliability, strength in character and trust worthiness. Abstinence is the fuel for spiritual journey. No spirituality without abstinence. So you choose what you want.
