The PMO Ghost Haunted Me At Night Time

Hello,

I think the PMO ghost haunted me at night.
When my wife and kids already sleep, I quietly open P website and start M.
After that I felt guilty and hopeless.

Previously I didn't know the danger of it.
But the last 2-3 years I have been trying to stop it.

However I kept relapse.
I think I did it once or twice a month even though I tried to avoid it.

Hopefully with the help of the community I will be able to avoid it altogether.

By the way, you guys have any suggestion how to avoid PMO at night time?
I kept my cell phone near me because I need alarm to get up in the morning.
But it's also the major thing that lured me into P sites via smartphone.

I work all day long in front of computer, do you think I need to exercise before going to bed so I am too tired to check out P sites ?

Or do you have any tips to avoid PMO before sleep?
