Many benefits from NoFap have been confirmed but there are some no really confirm ones I will like some experts to verify it.

    - Recovering your back pain.
    - Faster recovery from soreness.
    - Faster recovery from micro-tears in muscles fibers.
    - Increase testosterone level, even on a long run like 10 years+ (I get many contradictions, so need to verify that)
    - Reduce hair loss.

I can confirm "Faster recovery from micro-tears in muscle fibers".

Before NoFap, i would need to wait 3-4 days to run with the same efficiency because my legs' muscular tissue was literally "stripped apart". But with a medium streak of 18 days, i can run with the same gas in the next day.

Amazing, I sort of feel it as well. Theory is, our bodies are more motivated and can focus more energy on repairing our bodies. The balancing of our hormones also contribute to faster recovery.

I wouldn't be surprised if it is the truth. The health benefits from no-PMO are monstrous, from a physical and mental perspective. One thing I've learnt is the body and mind complement one another, and in my experience, nofap has improved both my physical and mental health by leaps and bounds since my first day here (a year and a half ago). The average energy I have for uni and work is like, 100 times greater, as a rough estimate, than 2 years ago.

I'm 17 days into my first NoFap challenge.
I have experienced no benefits so far nor any side effects other than my back is killing me after too much gym!

One thing I learnt after my first 30 day streak was that nothing changed. I was a bit discouraged from that fact and just relapsed. The truth is, years of P addiction isn't going to go away in 17 days, 20 days, 30 days, or even 60 days. Honestly, probably not even in 90 days. However, as the months go by and you actively continue to resist P, your brain will slowly reconfigure itself for the better. It took me 3 months of nofap (that means relapses included, not a 3 month streak) to start feeling a difference in myself. Year and a half later, I'm a completely transformed person. True some of that is from natural maturity, but I don't believe I would've matured so quickly without nofap. So keep that in mind lads, you're probably not going to see any serious results in the first month! But after that... holy moly, what a life!

I think I've been duped by all the sensationalistic YouTube videos suggesting instant results.

I think it's really truth. Our bodies were in "comfort zone" before NoFap and in this state, the body cannot use it's full capacity, because full capacity is only achievable under pressure, and NoFap is this "pressure".

It's possible, but the benefits are better and come faster in Hard Mode.

Interesting, and I get advice from many great Qi Gong Masters saying Abstinence is important.

Anyone observe the benefit of lesser hair loss? I observe my hair don't drop as much during shower.
