The Power of 30 Days

In early October, I decided to embark on a challenge that has been both difficult and deeply rewarding: abstaining from masturbation. I’m now 38 days in, and I can already feel a noticeable difference in my life. I feel calmer, more energetic, and genuinely more positive. This journey has shown me how powerful small changes can be for my mindset and my everyday well-being.
One of the challenges I faced early on was the urge to look at suggestive content. Social media, particularly Instagram, was a big trigger for me. I’d find myself scrolling through posts and feeling tempted to seek out more explicit material. I realized that if I wanted to succeed in this goal, I had to remove the temptations in my daily life. So, I took a bold step and deleted Instagram and X (formerly Twitter) from my phone.
By limiting my exposure to these platforms, I’ve been able to stay more focused and committed. It’s also made me realize how much time I was spending on these apps, and I’m grateful for the extra time and energy I’ve gained from stepping away.
My current goal is to take things one step at a time, with a 30-day target. Setting smaller, achievable goals helps me stay on track without feeling overwhelmed. This experience has taught me that when it comes to making big changes, it’s all about progress over perfection. Here’s to another 30 days of calmness, energy, and positivity.

9 November -9 December ( Next target )
