  9. Imma do a 2 week push ups challenge .
    Where I will see how much my push ups will increase for two weeks .
    It's in a row thing .

    Today I will calculate my best score of push ups in a row and will give an improvement after two weeks .

    Hey, everyone here seems to record 100 or 100+ pushups a day. I am a skinny guy looking for enhancing upper body as my lower body is enhanced as I used to play football but chest, shoulder, biceps are not muscular. How many pushups would do the change and yesterday I wasn't able to do more than 12 reps in a single set.

    And where's the problem? ;)
    Do more sets, until you're really tired.
    Then you do it also tomorrow, and the following day.
    Rest day.
    Then again, and again.
    12 will become 13, 13 will become 14.
    3 sets will become 4 sets.
    And so on, and you will have a great shape.
    Just take the first step.

    @fg4795, how did you do 300 pushups a day? I mean how it all started? Do you do something like 50 x 6? You must have a very well developed upper body. Do you also do weight training in the Gym?

    All day long. I mean I do a bit of workout whenever I have a break from studies/work.
    I do little set. like 20. I prefer to be always perfect with the form.
    And yes I am quiet happy on my upper body :)
