The Push-Up Daily Challenge

  1. Just did a set of 35. Push mowed my yard today too. Takes me 90 minutes. Hot as hell today. Took a ride on my bike after dark to cool off after I got done mowing. Bout to take a pretty cold shower. I feel amazing boys

    Did my cardio but had this day as a rest day from doing pushups but I subconsciously did 30 awhile ago XD

    120 breakdown to sets of different types of push-ups again. 100 only as planned today but exceeded my limit

    Hurt my neck and shoulder, so I stopped doin pushups and this slipped me back into fapping. Should be back in the gym and hopefully get back on track

    Did a breakdown of 100 pushups in 5 sets and lots of cardio today. Happy Evening everyone!

    Edit: Just threw in 10 more to give me 50 total

    Just finished doing all out 30, right now. Did about 30+ as well awhile ago. So that sums up to 60+ all in all today.

  20. okay decided today I'll be adding everyone I do a push-up and/or the variants of the Push-ups as well as my other exercises as well. With today I've done 10 set of;

    10 Hindu Push-ups = 100
    10 Pike Push-ups = 100
    30 Hindu Squats = 300
    15 Thoracic Extension = 150
    10 Over handed Suspension Trainer rows = 100
    10 Under handed Suspension Trainer rows = 100
