    6x 13 = 78 today. It is starting to get harder to do more.

  2. I’m definitely in, starting today and continue for 30 days with the following rules:

    * every day I need to do more push-ups than the previous day (counting total number of push-ups over multiple sets)
    * instead of rest days, I’m allowed to save my push-ups to the following day as long as I produce a monotonically increasing sequence of 30 totals, completed within the 30 days period.

    That’s it, here we go!

    I didn't post here the last days so I'm doing it now:
    On 7/4/2020: 40 Push-ups done
    On 8/4/2020: 30 Push-ups done, I was tired yesterday and could hardly do my workout.

    Bloody hell... you are an absolute BOY. The only person I know who does more is a friend who has been doing 200 (8 sets of 25) a day since the lockdown started. But tbf he's very fit, he's a part-time personal trainer and benches 120kg.

    50-push up done, 25 in the morning and another 25 in the evening before going to bed. Looking forward to increasing the number but my strength use to ceased up at 25th round.
     
  11. In my todays workout there was 8 x 3 pushups in a compound movement with dumbbels like a burpee .
    I did in one set around 20 or 30 prison style at the end of my workout .

    You should always strive for progressive overload . If your point is to be strong . You need weight . You should be able to do much less push ups with weight . Like 10 - 15 reps at max . If strength is what you want . If you want to do more pushups .. you are doing great .

    Only did 50 today because I went on a run and was exhausted.
     
  14. Yesterday’s push-ups done: 3x50 = 150 push-ups.

    Today’s push-ups already done (time is 9 am): 4x50 = 200 push-ups.
