    Did my W.A.T.C.H protocol with my 1 KG dumbbells to do 1 set of;


    1.Alternating Dumbbell Curls (60 goal 60)

    2.Alternating Reverse Dumbbell Curls (30 goal 30-60)

    3.Alternating Crucifix Dumbbell Curls (30 goal 30)

    4.Simultaneous Crucifix Dumbbell Curls(30 goal 30)

    5.Standing Dumbbell Pectoral Fly’s (30 goal 30)

    6.Alternating Dumbbell Presses (3p goal 30)

    7.Alternating Dumbbell Front Raises (30 goal 30)

    8.Simultaneous Arm Circles (30 goal 30)

    9.Don't know the name of this, just that it was done by Al Treloar's. Where I had to stand fully strait up with my my arms fully reached out over my head in hammer position, to then (with my legs are fully locked straight when doing this) have my upper body bending over to 45 degrees with my dumbbells switching to over hand positiom then to go back up & then my hand position going back to hammer position.

    You can learn it! Just start easily. You can begin with finding balance when you hold a leg to a side. Or just rise your leg to the side as much as you can. If you are trained with finding the balance, you can do nice turning-kicks ;)

    Did it a lot later then I wanted to where my breakfast was 2 fruits, peanutbutter, 3 Huel Meal replacement drinks. As was distracted by YouTube as feeling drained of energy this morning, though I don't think watching YouTube helped with that.
    I need to work on a better habit to replace YouTube & to get into exercising straight away or soon when I wake up.

  8. So something I got to ask you guys. Any of you guys know much about Heavyhands? The aerobic exercising routine using dumbells whilst walking.

    Feel like I've done well today, though annoyed with myself for pmoing 3 times today when I thought I was doing so well. Will have to start again tomorrow.

    Also trying this exercise out as well to do after my watch protocol as a substitute for regular pull-ups & chij-ups

    Experimented with my grip today to be not as tight as I normally do it and felt ive still gotten an effective work out, without putting g too much pressure on my hands. Will keep Experimenting with it.

    guys i'm 183 cm , I weighed 72 kg , now my weight is 77
    I'm wondering if I'm exaggerating
    ...for sure, I will not increase exercises
