The Push-Up Daily Challenge

  1. It’s an off day but 30 + 20 = 50 push-ups because @palindromo liked my previous post. For every like this post receives I will do an additional set of ten.

  4. I am debating that when I can get my exercising done in a shorter amount of time, to add more in the 1 set or do more sets of 100, what do you guys think?

    Total taking me around 60:55 minutes of time
    Forgot to mention yesterday I did the level 2 of this bridge;

    And boy it is a lot more challenging and effective then doing it on the ground & I have to reply
    It really works on the back, arms and especially the bicep.

  8. Sad to say not well, not sure if doing kettlebell exercises will affect my trigger finger more or not & struggling to find an effective routine outside from Kettlbell swings.

Well the tendons in my hand at 3 of my fingers are swollen where they can't open or close with ease and feel like a small not is going through it. 2 of them feels like they are getting better buy one of them recently became more of a problem recently. So taking a break from hard gripping exercises. But might try to see how rowing and Kettlbells exercises might affect it as it's more hanging then tight gripping.

    I also went on a jog for an hour, but felt I might had over done it as my right leg hurts when I bend it.

    1x22 regular pushups
    1x22 diamond pushups

    9x11 diamond pushups
    1x12 diamond pushups

    3x6 pike-pushups
    5x8 pike-pushups

    8x10 wide-grip-pushups
    2x12 wide-grip-pushups

    1 minute break after each set.

    I did these because of this video:

    Next time I increase the reps. Diamonds at the beginning were easy. Pike-pushups became harder and wide-grip was okay.

  20. Altering chin-ups with push-ups. Chin-ups in a 1-2-3-4-3-2-1 pyramid with sets of 10 push-ups in between each step of the pyramid. Two pyramids.

    Also using Chizzle during rests to square out my jaw.

    My right arms is a bit over worked. I can feel some soreness in my elbow joint and lower bicep. I am starting to see some definition in my chest. I need to start working my abs.
