    How many pushups will a good erection fuel?
    Or, after a long cold invigorating, wilting shower:
    How many pages can you study/write?
    How much cleaning can you get done?
    How many errands can you run?
    How many girls can you call/text?

    Use erections to better your life not set you back.

    You should try two-finger pull-up and push-up at the same time. I do these before breakfast. Work great.

    Yo hahaha I did Freeletics so I know what Burpees are... give you loads of leg muscles. Do you know this feeling though? when you have this "penis energy" and the longer you are abstinent, the more this energy moves upwards into your body spreading everywhere and you feel so powerful? And the workout helps to spread this energy

    I relapsed today (day 9). couldnt hold back the pressure, but I still feel happy. I set up a new record, although I never would´ve thought that I´d make it longer than a week. so from this moment on I am gonna try to do the 10 day challenge and move on from there.

    Sorry you relapsed, glad you are going for 10, and I hope fly right past 10 and into the joys of flatline.
    By the way, how many pushups did you do as you started to relapse?

    I got out of bed, had a boner and got way to fixated. So I totally forgot to do the pushups. Nevertheless I won´t give up. I guess Nofap is not just about not PMOing, it´s a lifestyle. So I am going to workout tonight with a friend and try to release the stress.

    Ten days is an accomplishment. You were surprised, and, early in the morning you were not as aware as you needed to be. I hope you learned from it and are making plans for the next time you wake up at full mast. I also hope you are enjoying a full and enjoyable weekend that leaves no regrets.
