the READING challenge

I'm reading 20 pages today, let's learn something

Edit : I read 20 pages of "the Gifts of imperfection -
Let Go of Who You Think You’re Supposed
to Be and Embrace Who You Are
". I was dubious about the ability of the book to deliver but I did learn things, about how relationships work, about feeling connected to someone, having compassion etc

20 pages out of 50 is still an good score!

 

I don't really have any ideas to gamify the challenge, do you? Spartan levels is already taken, so is Harry Potter, Star Wars and Lord of the Rings.

 

Today I'm going to read 20 more pages

Edit : failed, I was depressed yesterday so I didn't get that much done and did not get to reading.

Edit : challenge completed! I did roll my eyes a few times while reading but ultimately I think the book is worth finishing.

 

I read 25 pages of the Atlantis Gene yesterday, going to read 20 pages today (or more who knows haha).

How is everyone liking their current reading?

For ranks in this challenge, I was thinking about some like "occasional library visitor", "bookworm", "Mathilda" (from Roald Dahl's book, she reads soo many books per week) and "Dr Strange" (studying a lot in Kamar Taj). Do you have intermediary ranks ideas?

I thought I posted yesterday but I guess I never sent the reply. Anyway, it's kinda rough these days, I'm depressed and I still have a lot of homework to do for my masters degree so I'm planning to read only 5 pages today
Also, do you have a Goodread account?
