I’m doing this so i can get my looks and energy back…i’m only a teenager, so my hormones are out of whack right now. Recently i have been going on short 3,4,5,6,7 day streaks and have felt good on this days..but normally by the seventh day i relapse. Am i doing this for a good reason ? I just want to be my old self again. Also if i keep going on these short streaks will i ever go back to how i was ? If anyone has any tips on self improvement as a teen and how to stay busy that would be nice.
