    The benefits of Nofap are solely related to sperm retention. So if you continue to have sex with ejaculation you will never progress.

    This is my personal opinion.

    I don't agree with you. Yes for porn addicts it will benefit if you stop ejaculation all together for a few months, but sex is only natural!
    Being with the same woman for a few years and having sex a couple of times per week is probably ideal!

    Yes and if you have sex with your partner it is just natural. Porns confuse your brain.

    You are bang on! I fully agree with you. To reap the real benefits of nofap, one has to be on monk mode.
